In this construction leadership program, attendees will develop their skills to grow from technical field experts to field managers and leaders. Through a combination of classroom and hands-on learning, this six-session program will help field leaders improve their effectiveness.
With more than 20 years of experience in training, Randy Nemchin works in all construction sectors to improve company, team, and individual performance.
The primary objective is to teach leadership, communication and project management skills in a way that will keep projects moving and build bridges with field staff. Through a combination of education, hands-on workshops and self-analysis, this six-module program will help your project leaders improve their effectiveness both by showing them how to run projects more effectively and by providing them with the tools they need to improve their abilities.
This program is intended for upcoming or current field leaders (crew leader or superintendent) who would benefit from professional development or are seeking to develop their leadership skills. One of the greatest assets of this program is the shared learning among attendees - field leaders across trades and companies.
