This course provides construction leadership training that focuses on building the key self-awareness and business skills needed to be a leader in the construction field.

Course Description
In this construction leadership program, attendees will develop their skills to grow from technical field experts to field managers and leaders. Through a combination of classroom and hands-on learning, this six-session program will help field leaders improve their effectiveness.

Advanced Field Leadership attendees are best suited to attend if they have completed Introductory Field Leadership.
