The FCSL module was developed by an experienced team that included OSHA 10 and 30-hour outreach trainers, construction workers, safety and health professionals from the construction industry and safety, health, and leadership experts.

At the end of the training, each participant will be able to:

  1. Explain why safety leadership is important
  2. Describe 5 critical safety leadership skills
  3. Discuss how an effective leader can apply those skills on the jobsite

This program is designed for lead workers, crew leaders, and safety managers.
